What hail leaves behind

Bruised shingles look fine from the street. We walk every slope, circle each hail hit in chalk and photograph it beside a tape, so you see what we saw.

The next day. You get the photo report: each slope, each hit circled with a tape in the frame, and a price to repair or replace. It's yours to keep and to send your insurer if you file a claim.

On roof day. One crew does most homes in a day. We tear off, check the decking, lay the new roof, sweep the yard with a magnet and send you closing photos.

Questions

Do you deal with my insurance company?

No. You file any claim and talk to your insurer. We inspect, photograph every hit, write it up and hand you the report to send. If your adjuster wants to see the roof, we'll meet them there.

Is the inspection really free?

Yes. There's no charge and nothing to sign. You keep the photos either way.

How soon can you come out?

Usually within 2 business days. After a big storm the list gets long, so we book requests in the order they come in.

Will you tell me if repair is enough?

Yes. If a repair fixes it, the report says repair and gives you that price.

Do I have to be home?

No. We need a way into the yard and your OK to climb. We text before we go up and again when we're done.

Which shingle should I pick?

We quote architectural asphalt and Class 4 impact-rated side by side, so you can weigh the price. Ask your insurer whether the shingle you pick changes your premium.
